These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of software packages and implementation services from Roman Ventures ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a package or using our services, you ("Client", "you") agree to these Terms.
Roman Ventures is an authorized reseller of business software and provides configuration, onboarding, and implementation services. Upon purchase of a package, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software components delivered to you, subject to these Terms and any applicable underlying platform or third-party terms. The license permits use for your own business operations and does not include the right to resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software or its underlying platform.
Our packages (Essentials, Professional, and Enterprise) are offered at one-time prices as described on our site at the time of purchase. Fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and are due as agreed before implementation begins. One-time package pricing covers the scope described for that package; work outside that scope may be quoted separately. Third-party costs (such as domain registration, payment-processing fees, or platform subscription fees) may apply and are your responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.
A purchase may be refunded in full only within 72 hours of purchase and before implementation or configuration work has begun. After 72 hours, or once implementation has begun, all sales are final and non-refundable. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
You agree to use the software and services lawfully and in good faith. You will not:
You are solely responsible for the content you sell, publish, and send through the software.
Delays or missing information from you may affect delivery timelines. Delivery is provided through guided onboarding and training on your tools, with a support window included in your package.
All software, platform technology, templates, and materials we provide remain the property of Roman Ventures and/or its licensors, except for your own business content, brand assets, and data, which remain yours. Configurations and customizations delivered to you may be used for your business under the license in Section 1. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the underlying software or platform to you.
Roman Ventures provides business software and setup services only. We do not guarantee any sales, revenue, profit, traffic, rankings, or business outcome. Any examples are illustrative and not a promise of results. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, effort, pricing, and execution.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roman Ventures and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from or related to the software or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to Roman Ventures for the package giving rise to the claim. The software and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.
The software may integrate with or rely on third-party platforms and services. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, terms, pricing changes, or actions of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.
These Terms apply from the date of your purchase and continue while you use the software and services. We may suspend or terminate service for breach of these Terms, including violations of the acceptable-use section or non-payment of amounts due.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Roman Ventures regarding the services, superseding prior discussions. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Roman Ventures operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
