This policy explains when a purchase of a Roman Ventures software package is eligible for a refund. Because our packages are delivered as configuration, setup, and implementation services built specifically for your business, our refund terms reflect the work involved. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
You may request a full refund within 72 hours of purchase, provided that implementation and configuration work has not yet begun. If both conditions are met, we will refund your payment in full using your original payment method.
Once 72 hours have passed since purchase, or once implementation/configuration work has begun (whichever comes first), the purchase is final and non-refundable. This includes any deposit or full payment already made.
The moment we begin scoping, configuring, or setting up your software, we commit time, tooling, and third-party resources to your project. Because that work cannot be un-done or resold, we cannot offer a refund once it has started — even if it starts within the first 72 hours.
To request a refund inside the eligible window, contact us as soon as possible:
Include your purchase date so we can confirm the request falls within the 72-hour window and before implementation began. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
If a component we delivered does not work as described, we will repair it or re-deliver it at no additional cost during your support window. This is a service commitment to fix and complete what we promised — it is not a money-back guarantee and does not extend or reopen the 72-hour refund window.
Roman Ventures provides business software and implementation services. We do not guarantee any particular sales, revenue, traffic, or business result. Refund eligibility is governed solely by the 72-hour window and implementation status described above.
